R.T.R Properties started with a simple observation: New York City has thousands of buildings with great bones that have been let go. Boarded windows, water damage, an owner who can't manage it anymore.
We buy those properties, rebuild them right, and put them back to work — for renters who deserve a real home, for owners who need a partner they can trust, and for the city programs that connect the two.
