Co-Founder & CEO/CMO
Before getting into real estate, Shiraz’s background was in digital marketing. For over a decade his agency (DigitalEndZone.com) helped real estate coaches & experts market their online programs.
Having established a network of some of the best real estate minds as clients (and later as friends), he was able to leverage their advice, knowledge and resources to start flipping properties of his own!
He enjoys backpacking in cool places around the globe, spending time discussing ideas with his entrepreneur buddies, and wake surfing & snowboarding when the seasons are right.
Nadia Khan
Co-Founder & COO/Sales
Nadia has been an interior decorator, landlord, and property rehabber. She has an array of experience when it comes to real estate.
Her passion lies in beautifying interiors through her other business (Montaj Designs). Which naturally translates into her helping other landlords acquire or flip ‘pretty’ houses and ‘rent ready’ properties as well.
She also has an amazing talent for baking incredible dishes that are ‘instagram worthy’ and mind blowingly good! Just ask our relatives during family gatherings, birthdays, and holidays.
Asad Taj
Co-Founder & CSO/Sales
Asad is truly an inspiring story. His journey includes landing in Chicago over 25 years ago without knowing a soul or a single penny to his name, to then working his way up and also proudly serving in the United States Army for 3 years (PFC Airborne Infantry).
After moving to Texas and getting married, his strong talent, work ethic, and ability to negotiate in sales moved him up corporate ladders for big software & tech companies, including Microsoft.
Along the way he’s also been a landlord and property flipper. Just like his past clients and customers, no landlord leaves without enjoying a fair & satisfying ‘win/win’ when he works with you!
In his off time, he enjoys going to the shooting range, barbecuing on weekends, and taking fun vacations with his wife and daughter.
